In May 2016 the Libertas Clinical Case Manager presented a client case at the Schwartz Rounds at Elmhurst Hospital titled “Don’t I Deserve Love”. A therapist from the Sexual Assault Violence Intervention Program (SAVI) at Mt. Sinai and an Elmhurst Hospital Primary Care Physician who also provided services to the client presented as well. The Schwartz Rounds are multidisciplinary sessions in which hospital staff explore the emotional side of caregiving and presenters discuss important psychosocial issues. Over 90 providers from the hospital community were in attendance.
