“This painting was inspired by all the suffering of the people during the COVID-19 Pandemic since March 2020 until today; the lonely white human figure trapped inside a leveled house, represents the soul of a sick person that its already death by this virus, the contrast between blue and red represents the sea and fire which enlightened a free place where the soul could be in peace leaving the house. There are several black nails on the floor that suggest the obstacles when trying to achieve a health environment.”

“Horses were used for traveling. Horse race is one of the most popular game in Tibet.”

“Life can be in black and white. But still in the middle of the storm the drops always represent the positive things that can happen to us. If we see life from darkness we can think that the colors of happiness are not there. But if we look closely, there are always good things that can happen to us even in moments of sadness and pain…I also want to say that the painting does not have perfect lines between good and bad, precisely because life is not perfect. But it is balanced.”
